Booked this after discussing the route with my parents and two kids. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. For our family, the arrangements worked well.

I was travelling with my husband, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.
