The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. We came back happy with the trip.
The trip was booked mostly for my wife, and I joined them. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
