One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early. The driver suggested starting one day earlier than planned, and it helped us avoid the crowd.
I was travelling with my brother and his family, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. I would recommend the itinerary to families who prefer a relaxed pace.
