The trip was booked mostly for my wife and two children, and I joined them. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
I was travelling with my parents and two kids, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. The old city section was busy but worth seeing.
