Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
Remya helped us during the booking and explained the complete travel schedule clearly. Since we were travelling with parents, getting the details beforehand was useful. Varanasi, Prayagraj and Bodh Gaya all gave us different but memorable experiences.
