Booked this after discussing the route with two friends. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. We started early for the temple and avoided the worst of the crowd. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. Happy with how the journey was handled. After a long gap, we finally managed a birthday trip for my mother with a small family group. The old city section was busy but worth seeing. No major complaint from our side.
We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my wife. The temple visit was calm and my parents were happy with the time we got there. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
