The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. We started early for the temple and avoided the worst of the crowd. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.

Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The hill roads were handled carefully, which mattered because my parents were travelling. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
