Our group was our family of four, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. The ghat area had a very different atmosphere in the morning and evening. The vehicle was comfortable enough for the distance we covered. No major complaint from our side. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
I travelled with my mother and aunt for a family vacation after a long gap. The quieter viewpoints were our favourite part of the trip. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. Happy with how the journey was handled.

Also, the day-wise route was practical for the time we had. It would help if hotel and pickup details were reconfirmed a little earlier on busy days.
We had limited days, and my husband and our daughter were travelling with me. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. Happy with how the journey was handled.

There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
