Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.
After a long gap, we finally managed a simple trip without too much rushing with two senior family members. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.

Would be comfortable booking with the team again. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.

Also, the day-wise route was practical for the time we had. It would help if hotel and pickup details were reconfirmed a little earlier on busy days.
