The hill roads were handled carefully, which mattered because my parents were travelling. For the price and planning, we were satisfied. Booked this after discussing the route with our family of five. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. The children enjoyed the outdoor stops more than the market area. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.

Went with my mother and aunt. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. One morning was foggy, but it cleared later and the day worked out well. What made the route easier for us was that we liked having wildlife time mixed with the regular sightseeing. A short evening WhatsApp update would make the next morning easier for families.
