Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days. The driver suggested starting one day earlier than planned, and it helped us avoid the crowd.
Booked this after discussing the route with three college friends. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. Happy with how the journey was handled.

Our group was our family of five, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.
