The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
I travelled with my brother and his family for a short break. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.

One hotel check-in took a little time, but the rest of the trip was smooth. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
Booked this after discussing the route with a small family group. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. No major complaint from our side.
