Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
We had limited days, and our family of four were travelling with me. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.

After a long gap, we finally managed a family vacation after a long gap with my mother and aunt. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. The cold was more than we expected, but the trip itself was managed comfortably. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
