I travelled with my sister and parents for a short break. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. We came back happy with the trip.

This was a long pilgrimage but one of our most memorable family trips. Harsil Valley and Gangotri were beautiful, while Kedarnath had a completely different feeling. The overnight stays made the long driving days easier to manage.

The Char Dham Yatra was a very special experience for us. Yamunotri trek was our first challenge and Kedarnath was even more memorable. Gangotri and Badrinath were comparatively peaceful. The complete route was planned in a good sequence.
