Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.
The trip was booked mostly for three college friends, and I joined them. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure.
We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my mother and aunt. The darshan day was the most important part for us and we were glad it was not rushed. It was a good, straightforward experience.
