Booked this after discussing the route with my parents and two kids. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

For our family, the arrangements worked well.
Our group was my husband and parents, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.

The day started on time and the route was handled sensibly. We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. We came back happy with the trip.
After a long gap, we finally managed a trip with senior citizens with my parents. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.

Went with three college friends. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The market area was busy, so we chose to return early and rest. No major complaint from our side.
