Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. The weather changed suddenly, so the extra buffer in the plan helped. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.
We had limited days, and my wife were travelling with me. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
