After a long gap, we finally managed a school-holiday trip with my husband and parents. The market area was busy, so we chose to return early and rest. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. We enjoyed the morning sightseeing most because the crowd was lighter. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.

The Royal Snow & Heritage Trail fitted the number of days we had. Our main interest was the hill circuit and the mountain sightseeing, and those stops were covered without making every day feel overloaded. We also felt that the day-wise route was practical for the time we had. The service was good; slightly more proactive updates during traffic or weather changes would make it better.
