We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my parents and uncle. Remya kept the communication clear from booking until departure. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. We got a good balance of travel, sightseeing and rest. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
