One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

The trip was booked mostly for my wife and two children, and I joined them. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.
