Our group was a small family group, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The scenic stops between towns were as enjoyable as the main sightseeing. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
We planned this as a few days away from work, and I was travelling with my mother and aunt. Breakfast was basic but convenient before an early start. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
