Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.
We planned this as a birthday trip for my mother, and I was travelling with my wife and parents. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
