We liked that there was enough time to look around instead of just taking a photo and leaving. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
Booked this after discussing the route with my wife. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. It was an average experience for us; clearer planning on long travel days would help.

I was travelling with my sister and parents, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.

The overall planning was practical, especially because the Delhi–Agra–Jaipur sequence was practical and easy to understand. I travelled with my husband for a comfortable road trip. The driver knew the parking points well, which is useful in busy tourist areas. The plan was practical and left a little breathing room between sightseeing. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
The trip was booked mostly for my parents and two kids, and I joined them. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. No major complaint from our side.
