The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. The weather changed suddenly, so the extra buffer in the plan helped. It was a good, straightforward experience. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
The trip was booked mostly for my wife and parents, and I joined them. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. Happy with how the journey was handled.
