We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

Went with our family of five. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. The monuments were crowded, but the sightseeing order saved a lot of time. It was a good, straightforward experience.
