We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my father and younger brother. We skipped one shopping stop and used that time at the monument we liked more. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.

One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
Overall the pilgrimage was good and all the main places were covered properly. One suggestion would be to send the next day's pickup time and sightseeing sequence on WhatsApp every evening. It would make preparation easier for families travelling with elders.
