It was my first time on this route and I was with my husband and our daughter. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my parents and two kids. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. We came back happy with the trip.

We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.
Our group was my wife, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
