The route stayed close to the itinerary and the driver handled the longer sections well. The day-wise route was practical for the time we had. The service was good; slightly more proactive updates during traffic or weather changes would make it better.

We liked that there was enough time to look around instead of just taking a photo and leaving. No major complaint from our side. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
Booked this after discussing the route with my husband. The evening aarti was the part my mother remembered most. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. Happy with how the journey was handled.

This trip was mainly for three college friends; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The market area was busy, so we chose to return early and rest. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. The riverfront experience was a simple but memorable part of the trip. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my parents and two kids. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.
The trip was booked mostly for two senior family members, and I joined them. We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. We came back happy with the trip.
