We liked the clear sequence of travel days and the fact that the driver already knew the circuit. For us, the day-wise route was practical for the time we had. The route was covered, but daily timing communication needs to be more consistent.
We had limited days, and my husband were travelling with me. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. No major complaint from our side.

The ghat area had a very different atmosphere in the morning and evening. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.

Our group was our family of four, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. We started early for the temple and avoided the worst of the crowd. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
