The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
I travelled with our family of five for a short break. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. The basic arrangements were okay, though updates during travel could be more consistent.
