We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
We planned this as a short spiritual break, and I was travelling with three college friends. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.
