Booked this after discussing the route with my sister and parents. Priya explained the itinerary in a very simple way and was patient with our questions. It was my first time on this route and I was with my wife and two children. Rahul stayed available when we needed clarity on the pickup point. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. One day traffic delayed us, but it did not spoil the sightseeing. For the price and planning, we were satisfied. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

After a long gap, we finally managed a birthday trip for my mother with my parents and two kids. We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.
