Booked this after discussing the route with my parents. A special mention to Meghna for keeping the booking process smooth. Morning fog changed the plan slightly, but we still covered the important places. The market area was busy, so we chose to return early and rest. Would be comfortable booking with the team again. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier.

The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.
