The children were tired by evening, so having some free time helped. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my sister and parents. The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
The overall itinerary was good and we especially liked Varanasi, Prayagraj and Chitrakoot. Some days include several hours of road travel. Sharing approximate driving time and planned stops in advance would help families manage the journey better.

Booked this after discussing the route with my parents and uncle. Breakfast was basic but convenient before an early start. The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. The ghat area had a very different atmosphere in the morning and evening. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
