After a long gap, we finally managed a simple trip without too much rushing with our family of five. The ghat area had a very different atmosphere in the morning and evening. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.

We had limited days, and my cousins were travelling with me. The vehicle was comfortable enough for the distance we covered. The ghat area had a very different atmosphere in the morning and evening. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

I was travelling with my husband and our daughter, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
