We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my wife and parents. The ghat area had a very different atmosphere in the morning and evening. We also felt that the day-wise route was practical for the time we had. The service was good; slightly more proactive updates during traffic or weather changes would make it better.

The driving felt safe and there was no unnecessary speeding. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. For our family, the arrangements worked well. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
I travelled with a small family group for a short spiritual break. The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. No major complaint from our side.
