It was my first time on this route and I was with three college friends. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. The old city section was busy but worth seeing. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.
I chose this itinerary because my parents were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
