We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my parents and two kids. The old city section was busy but worth seeing. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
We planned this as a birthday trip for my mother, and I was travelling with my wife. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.

Booked this after discussing the route with my parents and uncle. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
