Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.
After a long gap, we finally managed a relaxed holiday with my brother and his family. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
