One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
Went with my wife and parents. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.
Our group was my husband, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. Would be comfortable booking with the team again. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
