We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
We had limited days, and my husband and parents were travelling with me. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.

We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.

I chose this itinerary because my wife and two children were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. We liked that there was enough time to look around instead of just taking a photo and leaving. We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. We came back happy with the trip.
