Booked this after discussing the route with my sister and parents. One hotel check-in took a little time, but the rest of the trip was smooth. We skipped one shopping stop and used that time at the monument we liked more. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with a small family group. We liked that there was enough time to look around instead of just taking a photo and leaving. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my husband. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. It was a good, straightforward experience. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
