We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with two friends. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. We liked that the plan could be adjusted slightly when needed. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.

We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The children liked the cooler weather and the open spaces. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
