Booked this after discussing the route with my wife. One hotel check-in took a little time, but the rest of the trip was smooth. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. The day started on time and the route was handled sensibly. The old city section was busy but worth seeing. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.

The heritage sites were the reason we booked this route, and they did not disappoint. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my father and younger brother. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
