I was travelling with two friends, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. We enjoyed the morning sightseeing most because the crowd was lighter. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
