After a long gap, we finally managed a family get-together with my parents. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. Traffic was heavy near one town, but the rest of the day was relaxed. The children were tired by evening, so having some free time helped. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
