We booked the package for my parents and ourselves. Sewta was helpful before the trip and kept the communication very simple. Our driver was also cooperative throughout the journey. Badrinath and the surrounding mountain views were amazing.

The darshan day was the most important part for us and we were glad it was not rushed. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible.
