One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
This trip was mainly for my wife; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. We came back happy with the trip.
