My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

One thing that worked well was that the helicopter sector made the difficult part of the journey easier for our family. A short evening WhatsApp update would make the next morning easier for families.

The service was good; slightly more proactive updates during traffic or weather changes would make it better.
