My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

It was my first time on this route and I was with two friends. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.

We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
Went with my wife and parents. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
